Condolence: I got a call from a Jeanine Stallings who is 88 years old, crippled and home-bound. My last name is Oyler so she found me. She said she started working as a receptionist for the highway patrol in 1948 and thoroughly enjoyed Col. Fred Oyler. She said she wasn't able to attend the funeral because of her condition but just wanted to have me pass along her condolences.
