Donna W. Dereemer, 79, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017, surrounded by her family.
Donna was born May 14, 1938, in Ft. Collins, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in music and taught at Goins Elementary School in Cheyenne. She was a member of Wheels, PEO, Cheyenne Symphony and various other organizations. Donna enjoyed music, quilting, writing and was a published author. She enjoyed living on a ranch in Horse Creek, Wyoming, where she raised her family. She was a loving wife and mother.
Donna is survived by husband, Joe C. Dereemer; three children, Debra (Rick) Wilson, Tamra Dereemer and Shawn (Rita) Dereemer; brother, Richard (Danna) Williams; six grandchildren, Ryan and Tyler Wilson, and Elijah, Gabi, Ethan, and Rachel Dereemer; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Kelly Dereemer.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A reception will immediately follow at the Schrader Reception Center.
